Private Tailored Yoga Sessions

A complimentary consultation will help us determine how to best meet and or exceed your goals. This involves a standard intake (usually 15 to 30 minutes) to discuss any injuries, surgeries, illness or conditions that would require specific methods of the work. It will give us the opportunity to get acquainted and you will be able to ask any questions about our process in advance. Sessions in Person OR Online through Zoom.

  • 1 hour: $150

  • 90 minutes: $225

  • 1 to 2 days per week 3 month committment recommended

Trauma-Informed Yoga Sessions

Private Yoga sessions through a trauma informed lens. Trauma is quite simply any event or circumstance that overwhelms our capacity to cope, leaving us feeling hopeless, helpless and out of control. The event or something that triggers it, are personal. Yoga is Somatic in nature inviting insights, emotional release and greater sovereignty over one's body and life. Through my Certification training in trauma informed Yoga, Somatic Experiencing and the Somatic approach in the Forrest Inspired Vinyasa approach, we will explore methods to move from the sympathetic nervous system in a trauma response of fight, flight or freeze to the parasympathetic nervous system of rest and digest. These methods translate to your life. Plus, we will explore resources to be used in real time between sessions. In other words you will have new tools to self regulate in life. Once a week for an hour over a 3 month period is recommended to track progress and meet specified objectives.
