Yoga Lab Forrest-Inspired Vinyasa Flow

Every Yoga practice, is an opportunity to explore, create, and focus on a single pointed intention.

The intention is designed to bring insight and awareness that might otherwise be elusive. Breathing in a way that supports the movement is crucial to creating a fruitful experience. Yet, even this, is an exploration. Through becoming more artful in using the breath as an instrument of change, the changes translate, and in fact spill out organically into life. A practice requires dedication, and attention to injuries, illness and other life patterns such as stress. Props are used to support the practice. During each session, I will guide you to your optimum expression of each pose, slowly building towards an apex pose. The overall intentions are those we have set and agreed upon together. A comprehensive intake prior to our working together will help us to be and to stay on track. Additionally, should there be injuries or illness, I will have prepared and educated exploratory modifications available.

“I have been a private client of Jennifer Marvin for about five months now and I absolutely love it. Working one on one with Jennifer has helped enhance my practice tremendously. Within a few months I had reworked my chaturanga! She listens to what I want to work on but also notices what my body wants and caters to that as well. Since working with Jennifer I feel more connected with my practice and myself.”
